We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from HondaGarden.com. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. Goods supplied by HondaGarden.com have manufacturers warranties which vary in duration and extent, Honda products all have a Pan-European warranty valid with any Honda dealer in the UK or European country. We will provide details of warranties relating to individual products on request. Manufacturers guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.

Distance Selling Regulations

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a cooling off period of seven working days from the day after delivery of goods. This is an unconditional right to cancel the contract/order for these items. You must inform us by telephoning 01379 853495 or emailing Power@Lings.com quoting your order number and stating your intention to cancel your order.

You will then be required to return such goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to:

Alternatively, upon your request we can arrange for the collection of the goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition, from the address specified and shall deduct the cost of this from the cost of your refund. 
The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us.

A refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or vehicles registered in your name; or items of safety equipment such as helmets.
