1. Can you trust the supplier?

Lings Honda a Honda approved dealer since 1961, selling our first Honda Lawnmower in 1978 makes us the longest established Honda dealer in the UK.  We only sell and have only ever sold Honda lawnmowers so we know what we are talking about.

2. Will the product be suitable for your particular use?

Please do ask questions to determine if the product you are purchasing is of the correct type for your use. This is particularly important when choosing Lawn Mowers, as we supply a wide range of Honda models in many sizes and specifications.

3. Has the product received a PDI?

A PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) is one of the most important tasks any machine receives prior to sale. This ensures the machine operates correctly and at the optimum performance when used for the first time. A copy of the PDI sheet should be included with the machine.

All of the products features on Lings.com have a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before despatch by one of our many Honda Licecened and Trained Technicians.

4. What should I receive with the machine?

When your machine is delivered please ensure all documentation is supplied e.g. Owners Manual, Warranty Book/Card. Please read these before use, as they will ensure safe operation and optimum performance.

5. Will my machine be registered for warranty?

Lings Honda will ensure your machine is registered for warranty. All approved Honda dealers have access to an on-line system, this guarantees your product is registered and the warranty coverage has been activated.

6. What do I do before using the machine?

Please make sure the correct type of oil is used and to the correct level (please refer to the Owners Manual), the fuel tank should also be filled with fresh unleaded fuel.

The above is required as machines cannot be transported containing liquids. All Lawnmowers supplied by Lings Honda include a FREE container of oil

7. If there is a problem, who should I contact?

In the unlikely event of an issue, make sure you can contact the supplying dealer.
