Lings Service Charter

• All maintenance work will be carried out in accordance with manufacturer specified manitenance schedule.
• All charges for labour, lubricants will be as per the agreed manufacturer Terms.
• All parts used will be manufacturer genuine parts and charged as per the agreed current terms
• Items such as bulbs will be fitted F.O.C. at the time of service.
• To Provide While-U-Wait servicing if required.
• Alternative arrangements such as collection and
  delivery service will be made available if required .
• Any service booking will be provided within 10 days.
• All work completed will carry a 12 month unlimited parts and labour warranty.
• Work will only be carried out that has been authorised by the customer.
• All work completed or work required will be fully explained.
• All service personnel will be fully qualified and manufacturer trained.
• If any point of the service requirement is missed, then Lings will refund the customer the cost of that service.
